  • Sanford Summer Athletic Enhancement Program:
      • This 8 week, high intensity performance program overseen by Doctors of Physical Therapy, Shayla Nygaard & Jenny Schaetz - a Certified Conditioning & Strength Specialist. It is designed to increase speed, power, agility, strength and coordination to help athletes compete at their highest potential. The focus is on strength, endurance and power through weightlifting and plyometrics.

      Boys and Girls Combined Session
      Grades 6-12
      Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30-9:00 AM
      June 1st-July 22nd (No class July 1st)
      Cost $300
      Fill out registration form (found online or in HS Office) and turn in before May 26th


  • Fitness Center FOBS: Due to problems with the key pads/controllers at several of the school building doors, we had to update and therefore change the type of FOB used. Please stop in the High School office to get a new FOB and turn in your old one. Sorry for the inconvenience.


  • Parents: Please check your students lunch account balance and pay online or in person, call the office with any questions. Thank you!


  • Close-Up 2028 Current freshman and sophomores, there is a parent/student informational meeting for those who want to go on the 2028 trip to Washington DC on Sunday, May 17 at 7:00 PM in the HS library.


  • 26/27 Girls' Basketball: There will be a meeting with Coach Connell, Monday, May 18th, at 8:15 AM for grades 8-11, in the HS library.


  • 26/27 Football: There will be a meeting Tuesday, May 19th at 8:00 AM for grades 8-11 in Coach Rieger's clasroom.


  • Library Books: Students, check the signs in the hallway for your name to see if you still have books to return – please turn them in ASAP!


  • Illumination Exhibition - Night of the Arts 2026 - Wednesday, May 20th
      • ART SHOW: HHS Gym - 4-7 PM
      PASTA BAR DINNER: 5:00-6:00 & 6:00-7:00 - Adults: $20 Child: $12
      SILENT AUCTION & 50/50 TICKET SALES: Close at 7:00

    May 23rd - Grand Forks Herald "Class of 2026" section will include HHS graduate information
